So we’re exhausted but safely in Melbourne! I’m starting to remember why I love this country. So we’re on the plane and the plane stopped on the taxi way because the gate was full and we were early. So passengers started to get up to use the restroom after awhile and no one flipped out. I suppose the difference is one of policy as a result of litigious Americans always wanting to sue someone else for their own stupidity.

Our bus driver was a character right off the bat. He was quick to poke fun at us Yankees.

We’ve made it to New Zealand! The land of kiwi and awesome lamb. Mmmmmm! After a soothing baby wipe bath, refresh of deoderant and a change of shirt (for me anyway, Brian is still roughing it in the same shirt) we will depart for Melbourne in two hours. Weeeee!
